The Timpson Foundation was specifically set up to offer opportunities to marginalised groups in society, such as ex-offenders and people who have just left the care system.

Our gender pay gap reports
Every year, we publish our gender pay gap reports for the biggest Timpson Group brands. These reports cover salaries, bonuses and the percentage of male and female colleagues in each pay quartile.
